TO PROTECTING YOUR PRIVACY ONLINE.

1. When you order from us, we need to know your name, mailing address, e-mail address, telephone number, credit card number and expiration date. This will let us process and mail your order and notify you of your order status. If you have purchased from our store or requested our catalog, you may be notified about upcoming concerts in your area. Of course you have the option of being deleted from that list.

2. The Swingle Singers do not sell, trade, or rent your mailing address, email address or other personal information to others. This includes any personal information required from you during registration to the “Backstage Area”, signing up to the “Mailing List”, or signing the “Guestbook”. The Swingle Singers may release personal information when we believe, in good faith, that such release is reasonably necessary to (i) comply with law, (ii) protect the rights, property or safety of the Swingle Singers, our users, or others. Unless otherwise notified by you, your email address may be added to our database for the purpose of sending out periodic newsletters containing information solely related to the Swingle Singers, or to receive notification of updates to swinglesingers.com. You will not receive any third-party advertising of any sort.

3. When you place orders we offer the use of a secure server. Communication with the secure server uses industry-standard, SSL (secure socket layer) encryption to encode all information you input before it is sent to us. As well, all of the customer and credit card data we collect is protected against unauthorized access. Unfortunately, no Internet transmissions can be guaranteed 100% secure. So while we work hard to protect your personal information, the Swingle Singers cannot ensure absolutely or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us. You always have the option to telephone, fax or email your credit card information to us.
